The Saturday session usually last from about ten o'clock in the morning until about two or three in the afternoon. 

In most cases, Rev. Rice  preaches on Sunday morning following the Witness training event. Rev Rice has found that the reason most people don't witness is not because they can't learn the Roman Road or some other plan, but because they are not motivated.

" I believe if we can get God's people motivated they will share their faith and we will see the church having more impact upon the world around us. Thus we spend a lot of time trying to motivate participants toward evangelism."

On  a scheduled Friday night, Rev. Rice teaches the biblical principles of finance for about two hours and then asks participants to go home and fill out their information forms in preparation for the Saturday session.

On Saturday morning the group will begin the process of planning a budget for each participant, by fine tuning the financial information they bring to the meeting on Saturday morning and including honoring the Lord in their budget.

Rev. Rice also presents a method by which the participants can attack their indebtedness and usually become debt free except for their home in five to seven years (many can achieve this goal in less time than that).

In most cases Rev. Rice  preaches on Sunday morning following the Christian Money Management Weekend to re-enforce the teachings and promote the ideas to the rest of the members.

At Bill Rice Ministries we feel God is leading us to call the church to renewal. 

"I love to see lost people saved as much as anyone. I believe one way we will see this happen is for the church to come to renewal. This renewal will result in the salvation of the lost as we are renewed to the task of the Great Commission."

 Rev. Rice is  open to being the revival speaker anywhere the Lord opens a door of opportunity. 

Normal Revival Services run from Sunday morning through Wednesday or Thursday night, but   is open to any length of revival the church desires. 

"I believe preparation for revival is crucial. If we do not prepare there will not be a real heaven sent revival. Prayer is key to experiencing real revival. I want to see churches have revival rather than just  a series of services and there is a profound difference."
